Every operation on ZenTools runs entirely inside your web browser. When you drop a file into any tool, it is loaded into your browser's local memory (RAM) - it is never transmitted to any server.

ZenTools has no backend. There are no servers that receive, store, or process your files. The processing engine is delivered to your browser as a WebAssembly binary (FFmpeg.wasm, PDF.js, etc.) and executes on your own device's CPU.

When you close the browser tab, all file data is immediately discarded. Nothing is written to disk by ZenTools, and nothing is retained between sessions.

ZenTools does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information to use any tool on this site.

We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information as part of the tool experience.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns - for example, which pages receive the most visits and which countries users come from. This data is anonymised and aggregated; no individual user is identified or tracked.

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. You can read Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

ZenTools uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. As a third-party vendor, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads, or via the NAI opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org.

ZenTools does not share any data with Google AdSense beyond what is collected automatically by Google's ad scripts on page load.

Beyond Vercel Analytics and Google AdSense, ZenTools uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts - to load the Manrope and Instrument Serif typefaces. When these fonts load, your browser makes a request to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy for details.

• Vercel - to host and serve this website. Vercel may log standard server access data (request timestamps, IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.

ZenTools itself does not set any first-party cookies. The only cookies that may be present are those set by Google AdSense for advertising personalisation, as described above.

You can manage or delete cookies at any time via your browser's settings.

Because ZenTools does not collect personal data, there is generally no personal data to access, correct, or delete. However, if you have any concerns about data that may have been collected by our third-party services (Vercel, Google), you can contact those services directly via their privacy policies.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data, and the right to object to or restrict processing. If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you additional rights regarding personal information. Because ZenTools does not sell personal information, most CCPA provisions do not apply.
