ZenTools tools run entirely in your browser. Most issues are solved without contacting us:
Refresh and clear cache
Try refreshing the page or doing a hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). Clearing your browser cache also resolves most loading issues.
Check browser support
FFmpeg.wasm requires SharedArrayBuffer, available in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari 15.2+. Older or non-standard browsers may not work.
Free up RAM for large files
FFmpeg.wasm loads your entire file into browser memory. For files over 200MB, close other tabs to free up available RAM.
Disable blocking extensions
Some privacy or security extensions block WebAssembly execution. Try disabling extensions temporarily if a tool fails to load.
