Guide

1

Upload your video

Drop an MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV file. It is processed on your device and never uploaded.

2

Compare and adjust

Drag across the preview to compare Original and Enhanced. Pick 720p or 1080p, and tune Sharpness and Noise reduction while the video plays.

3

Enhance and download

Click Enhance. Your GPU processes every frame and the enhanced MP4 is ready to download, with the original audio kept.

Key features

Upscale to 720p or 1080p

Turn 240p–540p clips into HD. Already-HD videos can be sharpened and cleaned at their original size.

Live before/after preview

A split-screen slider shows the exact result on any frame — even while the video plays — before you export.

Sharpening without halos

Contrast-adaptive sharpening boosts soft edges more than already-sharp ones, so the result looks natural rather than over-processed.

Noise and block reduction

An edge-preserving filter smooths grain and compression artefacts from messaging apps without smearing detail.

GPU-fast, fully private

Runs on your graphics card with hardware video encoding — typically about real-time — and nothing ever leaves your device.

Audio kept as-is

The soundtrack is copied straight into the new MP4 without re-encoding.

Frequently asked questions

It works best on low-resolution, compressed or slightly soft videos — for example clips sent over WhatsApp, old phone footage or 360p downloads. It cannot invent detail that was never recorded, so heavy motion blur or a badly out-of-focus shot will look cleaner but not truly sharp.

No. Every frame is processed on your own device using your browser's GPU and video encoder. Nothing is sent to any server.

In Chrome, Edge and Safari with hardware encoding, most videos process in about the time it takes to play them. In browsers without it, an FFmpeg fallback takes roughly 1–3 minutes per 30 seconds of video.

Go one step up from your source: 480p or smaller → 720p, 540p–720p → 1080p. Upscaling a tiny 240p clip to 1080p makes it larger but not much sharper.

Usually yes — a higher-resolution video needs more data. If you need a smaller file afterwards, run it through the Video Compressor.

MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV up to 1 GB. The output is always an H.264 MP4 that plays everywhere.
